Ah fellow battle harassment connoisseur. Your idea would pair well with my idea. Kirito needs to actively make harassment happen. Like he needs to block hits for Asuna for the harassment to happen. Or in your case, purposely make the battle last longer to have Asuna fully exposed. So Kirito needs to unknowingly (or knowingly) let Inoda get Asuna aroused.
I mean, that is most certainly gonna happen, it would be shocking if Fujino did not go that route in fact, after Inoda literally followed Kirito's "advice" of making her jealous using a random girl at school then it seemed kinda obvious to me we will probably be getting that with her mom and Liz eventually (And maybe more girls if the get-rid-of-Hebishima Route won).
I wasn't particularly into the Battle Harrassment, but I can think of a few ideas for it, especially if later on Liz (And maybe other girls) join the 'party', essentially creating more interactions like the other girl/s purposefully distracting Kirito mid-battle so he doesn't look at Inoda molesting Asuna, or outright blocking his view in specific spots so he doesn't see them fucking around in the back of the group.
I mean, right now that's more up in the air than ever, because originally Fujino very clearly just wanted to keep all 3 plots separated same with how he kept the Hebishima/Suguha plot separated from the Asuna/Inoda one during Part 1, but then the rocky start of Part 2 happened and Fujino made that poll asking if he should get rid of Hebishima which means the people complaining about not caring of anything but Asuna/Inoda really got to him enough for at least to consider completely removing Hebishima's plot. If that will extend to the Alice plot remains to be seen, really, at this point we still have nothing clear about if that option won or not after all but at least going off the ORIGINAL plan of Fujino then Inoda probably wasn't going to interact at all with the Alice plot, if that gets changed will depend on if he did end up getting convinced to get rid of Hebishima/non-Asuna focus, I think.
Dude...everyone knows, that's, like, what 95% people who goes looking for NTR games/content specifically look for, literally 99% of NTR plots are stupid and make absolutely no sense, usually doubly-so when they're of existing series/games with characters you know would never act as dumb/slutty as portrayed in said settings. I'm sure not a single person except maybe those that hate Kirito really really hard and are blind to everything think for even a second that the portrayal of anyone or anything that happens in this game is particularly realistic or logical.

This world is vast, filled with diversity. If you don't like something, don't waste your time watching it, playing it, or arguing with its fans. NTR stories won't be better than Disney movies, nor will they be worse. The latter often rakes in billions at the box office. Are gamers and audiences foolish? No, it's just that everyone knows that playing games and watching movies is about having fun, not academic research.

Based on the storyline of version 0.1, there is a high probability that Alice will have some kind of story with Klein. Maybe Alice accidentally ingests an aphrodisiac during an investigation, or maybe she and Klein end up in a room they can't leave without having sex. However, I hope that before any substantial progress is made between her and Klein, there can be some ambiguous development between her and Kirito first, and that it can continue to evolve.
Yeah, that's what most likely was gonna happen, either that or she got caught by whatever ring of prostitution they were gonna investigate indeed, Oozaru's statement is mostly based off the possibility Fujino changes his storyline based on the whole "get rid of Hebishima"-thing, which as of that poll seemed quite certain it would happen if that option won (Because if enough people indeed just didn't care for the other stories outside the 'main' one then he clearly wouldn't keep writing them). He's one of the people firmly against Inoda fucking all the girls, which is what would most likely happen if the other storylines get dropped, hence why he said it like he did.
I remember Fujino saying that he wouldn't give all the girls to Inoda. Especially Sugu, she and Inoda don't have any chemistry, there's no possibility there.
Do you have any actual quotations of that being a recent thing? I can't really remember Fujino mentioning this at all at any recent point, even less specifically about Suguha (Who I pay close attention to any news coming about). This we're talking about now is something based off recent developments, aka the whole debacle in Part 2, not anything about the previous plans of how the game was gonna go or its story.
